Welcome to Mrs. Wagner's 3rd Grade!  I am so happy that you are here and I am looking forward to a great school year. Teaching is a passion of mine and I have been lucky enough to be employed as a teacher in Somers Point for the past 10 years.  I grew up in town and as a student I attended all 3 Somers Point Public schools so I take great pride in this district.

I have three great kids of my own who keep me busy at home, Nicholas (7), Matthew(5), and Isabella (1).   I love going to Somers Point sporting events and cheering on my boys.   Nicholas and Matthew are involved in Street Hockey, Baseball, Football, and Karate.  One of my favorite things to do is go to a game and then head to Custard Hut or YoGo Factory for a treat with the family :)  Isabella keeps me busy too!  She is just starting to walk and she loves to sing songs and play pat-a-cakes :)

Third grade is going to be an Awesome Year!  This year my students will begin to go from "learning to read" to "reading to learn."  Our writing will go from "learning to write" to "writing to communicate" and in math we will continue to build upon the fundamentals gained in 1st and 2nd grade and we will explode into exciting new concepts including multiplication, fractions and decimals.  We have a lot of learning to do!!
